About Me

I'm Felipe. I'm currently looking for freelance opportunities around Los Angeles doing interactive work. I have 10 years of experience in front-end development as well design. I've also worked in key art and design production of all sorts of collaterals for the entertainment industry. My work ranges from HTML/CSS/JavaScript websites to Rich-media banners, flash games, conceptual design, UI/UX and website development from the ideation phase.

"Carro rojo", red car in Spanish, comes from my fascination with cars from an early age. According to my mother, carro rojo was the first set of words I said as a sentence. Now, carro rojo combines my admiration for car design and desire to learn new technologies. I currently study transportation design at Art Center College of Design to further advance in my career as a more complete designer.

I believe human machine interactions in vehicles of all types will change dramatically in the next 25 years and I want to be part of the generation of designers involved in this evolutionary shift.
